The second Civic Amenity Visit for 2026 has been arranged for Saturday 3rd October at Haughton Village Hall from 9.00am to 10.00am. Please note – soft furnishings cannot be disposed of at the Civic Amenity Visit. Sofas, armchairs and similar soft furnishings need to be collected separately either by arrangement with Stafford Borough Council or taken to designated containers at the Household Waste Recycling Centres in Stafford and Stone.

Exercise of Public Rights – Accounts for Year Ended 31st March 2026
The Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, and The Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2015 (SI 234)
Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounts to be audited and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating to them.
For the year ended 31 March 2026 these documents will be available on reasonable notice on application to:
